How I manage STRESS or feeling overwhelmed IN THE MOMENT. Life as a doctor or life as a medical student (or actually life as a high school and university student!!) can get really busy and overwhelming with a million different obligations. I used these strategies in undergrad, medical school and now in residency. They aren't hard to do - the key is to ACTUALLY use them when you are stressed in the moment!
