ADVENTURES IN HEALTH CARE aims to provide Grade 10 and 11 students with an interest in health sciences the opportunity to explore and gain exposure to the field. This program introduces participants to postsecondary education, applied training, and career opportunities in health sciences, specifically in rural British Columbia. Additionally, it highlights diverse and real roles within the sector that contribute to patient care and offers career opportunities for qualified individuals.
Entering its sixth year, the program continues to evolve with new and innovative ways to engage high school youth in experiential activities.
